- Yes. The free plan is the full editor — every device frame, about 85 backgrounds, five saved templates, WhatsApp and iMessage chat screens, website capture and HD export — and your exports carry a small “Made with MockFrame” badge that Pro removes. Signed-in free users also get one store screenshot pack with no badge. It's not a time-limited trial.
- Do I need to sign up to start?
- No. You can open the editor and export a mockup without an account. You only sign in if you want to save scenes to your account, sync across devices, or upgrade to Pro.
- What does Pro add?
- Pro unlocks the full chat and DM screen set (Telegram, Instagram, Slack, Discord and more), every premium background collection (the free plan includes a sample of each), exports without the MockFrame badge, video and GIF export, 4K and 6K output, full-page website capture, one-click batch ZIP exports, hosted share links, AI translation of store screenshot captions into 39 languages, your own custom-brand watermark, and up to 24 saved templates. It starts at under $10 a month.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Both the monthly and annual plans are cancellable anytime with no lock-in — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can pay by card and other local payment methods available in your country. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
- Can I use the mockups commercially?
- Yes, with Pro. Everything you export while you're on Pro comes with a commercial license — App Store and Google Play listings, marketing sites, ads, social posts and client work included — and it stays licensed even if you cancel later. Free exports are for personal and non-commercial use, except your first store screenshot pack, which you can use for one real app release. See the commercial license page for the details.
